Arnav Mathur

Arnav Mathur is an Indian investment banker, corporate finance advisor, and entrepreneur. He is the CEO and Partner at mergerone (MergerOne Advisors), Central India's largest investment bank specializing in middle-market Equity Capital Raising &  Mergers & Acquisitions for the Consumer and Technology sectors.

At mergerone, Arnav oversees deal execution & transaction advisory across emerging consumer and technology companies. Under his leadership, the firm has delivered key capital raises and strategic M&A mandates, completing over 9 transactions worth over ₹150 Cr within its first year of operation which is considered to be the fastest in the Indian Investment Banking landscape at the time.

Prior to founding mergerone, Arnav was a front-end investment banker at boutique advisory firms including Nirag Capitals and The Capital Hub, where he spearheaded major equity transaction mandates. He also served on the founding team of TorkBuzz, a bootstrapped auto-tech startup in Central India.

Prior to Finance, Arnav was a professional Footballer in the Hero Indian League U18 Division from Bengaluru.
