At mergerone, Akash drives deal execution, valuation, and transaction advisory across high-growth mid-market enterprises. Under his leadership, the firm has established a formidable presence in transaction advisory, delivering strategic capital raises and M&A execution across emerging sectors.

Prior to his role at mergerone, Akash served as an Equity Research Analyst at IIFS Pvt. Ltd., where he specialized in technical analysis, momentum trade setups, and sector-wide equity evaluation using Elliot Wave theory and traditional technical models. He has also served as a Financial Markets Mentor at StockDaddy, guiding market participants on trading setup strategies and financial analysis.

Akash holds an executive background in Investment Banking and Capital Markets from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM Calcutta), alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from DC Business School, Indore. He is also a NISM-certified Research Analyst.)
